What Is The Best Type Of Cookware?

I'm looking to purchase a new gourmet cookware set. I want something complete and money is no object. I have always used stainless steel by Wolfgang Puck's Bistro collection, but I'm looking for something new. Which of the following is the best cookware type for a set, all-in-all?
Stainless Steel
Hard-Anodized
Tri-Ply
Cast-Iron
GreenPan with Thermalon
I will have no other nonstick than GreenPan. Thanks for your help.

  1. I had a VERY expensive set of hard anodized cookware and after several years of use the stuff came off slowly. Not necessarily in my food that I could see but I had an expensive set of stainless before these and so I bought another stainless steel se and am very happy.Cast iron is not easy to maintain unless it is enameled and I do not care to cook with enamel. My S S has the encapsulated bottom and I love it.

  2. I recommend Pampered Chef. They have very useful tools, trust me, I have most of them. Most of them are a moderate price. They work very well and are made of a good material.

  3. cast iron is good
    greenpan i hate them…
